Use this form to ask us to delete your NiviStack account and data. It works whether or not you still have the app installed. You can also do it inside the app: Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete account.
काय हटवले जातेWhat gets deleted
- Your shop account, owner and staff logins, and contact details
- Your customer and supplier records, including any Aadhaar, PAN or licence number held against them, and their balances
- Your product master, prices and stock figures
- Photographs and documents you uploaded
- Your UPI ID, payment QR, bank details, signature and seal images
- Your activity and login logs, once no longer needed for security

A licensed agri-input dealer's sale and stock records must be preserved and producible on inspection under the Fertiliser (Control) Order 1985, the Insecticides Rules 1971 and the Seeds (Control) Order 1983, and GST records under the GST Act. Destroying them is an offence — for you as much as for us. So Form M, Form N, Appendix A and B, Form D and the GST registers for the statutory period survive the deletion of your account.
They are kept separated and are not used for anything else. Once the statutory period has run, they go too.
We would rather tell you this on the form than let you believe everything vanished.

- We contact the registered mobile to confirm the request is genuine
- Deletion within 30 days of that confirmation
- Backups roll off within a further 30 days
- We email you when it is done, if we have your address
Nothing is deleted before we have confirmed with you. A shop's whole ledger is not something to lose to a mistyped number.
