These terms govern your use of NiviStack, provided by Quantox Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Karad, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra. Using the app or the portal means you accept them.
१. सेवा काय आहे1. What the service is
NiviStack is software for running an agri-input retail shop: billing, stock, customer and supplier ledgers, the statutory registers an agri-input dealer must keep, and GST return exports. It is supplied as a subscription, on our servers, reached through the Android app and the web portal.
२. खाते2. Your account
- One account belongs to one shop. The owner is responsible for it.
- You must give true information when registering, and keep your mobile number current — it is how we confirm sensitive requests.
- Keep your password to yourself. Staff get their own logins; sharing the owner's login defeats the activity log and the permissions.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
- You are responsible for what your staff do under the logins you create for them.
३. वर्गणी व पैसे3. Subscription and payment
- Plans and prices are shown in the app before you pay. GST applies.
- Payment is in advance, for the plan period you choose.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see your card details.
- If a subscription lapses, your data is not deleted — the shop becomes read-only until it is renewed, so you can still produce a register an inspector asks for.
- Refunds: tell us within 7 days of a charge if something is wrong and we will look at it honestly. We do not refund a period you have used.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice in the app before a price change affects you.
४. तुमची माहिती तुमची आहे4. Your data stays yours
The records you enter — your customers, your stock, your sales — belong to you. We store and serve them on your behalf. We do not sell them, mine them, or use them for anything but running and supporting the service. You can export them at any time from Settings → Data export, and you can ask us to delete your account under the Privacy Policy.
५. काय करू नये5. What you must not do
- Use the software to record sales that did not happen, or to produce a register, bill or return that misstates what happened
- Sell or sub-licence access to another shop
- Try to reach another shop's data, or to get past the permission system
- Attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service
- Upload anything unlawful
६. कायदेशीर जबाबदारी तुमची6. Compliance is yours
You hold the licence. You are the dealer answerable to the Krushi officer, the quality-control inspector and the GST department. NiviStack helps you produce Form M, Form N, Appendix A and B, Form D and your GST returns correctly — but you remain responsible for checking that what it produces is right before you sign it, file it or hand it over. We build carefully and we fix what we get wrong, but we are a software supplier, not your compliance officer, and we cannot be your defence if a return or a register is wrong.
Nor are we your accountant or your lawyer. Figures the software calculates are a tool for your own judgement, not professional advice.
७. उपलब्धता7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times and we do not promise it never will not be. Hosting fails, networks fail, and we take the service down for maintenance. The app keeps a local cache so billing can carry on through a short outage and sync when the connection returns — but you should not rely on the cache as your only copy. Export periodically.
८. जबाबदारीची मर्यादा8. Limits
To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit — including for our own fraud.
९. सेवा बंद करणे9. Ending it
- You may stop at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- You may delete your account — here or in the app. Read section 5 of the Privacy Policy first: the statutory registers survive deletion because the law requires them to.
- We may suspend an account that breaches section 5 or 6, or that has not paid. Except for falsified records, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
- If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export everything.
१०. बदल व कायदा10. Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date at the top will change and we will notify shops in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Satara, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
